Summary
Tea kettle on lamp frame with lamp by Edward Feline, 1746/47. The globular kettle, raised and on foot ring, and with the shield of arms, supporters, motto and earl's coronet for George Booth, 2nd Earl of Warrington, rests on the circular lamp frame with three leaf-capped scrolling legs terminating in raffle-leaf feet. The central burner, or lamp, consists of a baluster-shaped bottle.
Provenance
Previously on loan to the National Trust by the Rt Hon. Lord Deramore and became the property of the National Trust on his death in 2006.
