The domed covers are raised, the lower parts with a second applied raised section with similarly cast and applied gadrooned and leaf rims, and an applied bezel. Each of the bowls is engraved with the shield of arms, supporters, motto and an earl's coronet for George Booth, 2nd Earl of Warrington.
