Summary
George II oval bread basket, the basket with sides pierced and engraved with lozenges and flowers, with scalloped rim, the swing handle engraved with masks, trelliswork and laurel husks, engraved twice with the arms of George Booth, Earl of Warrington, by Peter Archambo, 1730.
Provenance
Previously on loan to the National Trust by the Rt Hon. Lord Deramore and became the property of the National Trust after his death in 2006. Accepted by HM Government in lieu of inheritance tax and allocated to the National Trust for display at Dunham Massey, 2008.
