Summary
One of four small dessert waiters by Peter Archambo, 1732/1733, part of a set of six waiters, the two larger waiters having remained in the Grey family before being devised to the National Trust along with the property in 1976. The shaped circular waiters are raised, with six scalloped Bath borders with cast and moulded rims, four cast scroll feet and centres engraved with the monogram 'GW' surmounted by an earl's coronet.
