Summary
Tureen, with lid DUN/C/596.5.2, embossed rope design around upper part of body, handles designed to be part of the embossed ribbon pattern at either end, feet designed to be part of the embossed rope design running around bottom of body, one handle missing; part of a dinner service produced by Powell, Bishop and Stonier (P.B.&S.), 'Wild Rose'. Blue/black transfer print on white/cream with a large design of wild rose, a bird and ribbon; each piece features a scalloped edge and embossed rope and ribbon design around rim.
