Summary
A French porcelain mantel clock, with striking movement in shaped case on a pedestal gilt with scrolls and painted with figures on a green ground. Made in Paris by Jacob Petit. With glass dome with gilt edge around bottom.

Stamford collection; devised to the National Trust by Roger Grey, 10th Earl of Stamford (1896-1976).
