Summary
A mahogany dressing stool, English, circa 1770 and later. The rectangular top upholstered in beige moire silk with a fringed edge, and raised on four chamfered square-section legs, each with a bead carved to the outer corner, and with an 'H'-shaped stretcher.

Purchased by the National Trust in 2004.
