Summary
One of a set of four shaped oval meat dishes with gadroon rims and engraved with the family arms. (Arms of Acland with Dyke in pretence). Five felt pads on base. Mark scratched into base: "27:10".
Provenance
Purchased at auction from Sotheby's with the help of a grant from the Purchase Grant Fund, 1981.
