Summary
A black and white photograph of The Noisiel which ran aground on Praa Sands, Mount's Bay, 1905. The photograph shows a sailing vessel in very shallow water, with ripped sails and waves crashing over the bows. Contained in a brown photograph album containing sixty three black and white photographs, nearly all labelled, of Cornish wrecks 1890 - 1935.
Provenance
A gift of Miss R.M. Phillips, Penzance, who also gave other nautical memorabilia to the National Trust.
