Summary
A sepia photograph taken from the cliffs showing the cargo ship, "Nivelle" which came ashore at Lizard Head, Cornwall. The tide is out and the sand is visible up to the ship and all the rocks are visible. Lizard Head is on the left. Contained in a brown photograph album containing sixty three black and white photographs, nearly all labelled, of Cornish wrecks 1890 - 1935.
Provenance
A gift of Miss R.M. Phillips, Penzance, who also gave other nautical memorabilia to the National Trust.
