Summary
A black and white photograph of the White Star liner, "Suevic", wecked on the Lizard, Cornwall, Sunday 17 March 1907 due to thick fog. Two rowing boats are visible on the right, possibly lifeboats, and another which could be a tug. Contained in a brown photograph album containing sixty three black and white photographs, nearly all labelled, of Cornish wrecks 1890 - 1935.
Provenance
A gift of Miss R.M. Phillips, Penzance, who also gave other nautical memorabilia to the National Trust.
