Summary
Full length signed studio photograph showing the Hon. Everilda Agar-Robartes, 1880-1969, in her Coming Out dress. She is standing on carpeted step with pillars and drapes behind, a fern on the right and wears a white dress with double frill at hem decorated with flowers, ostrich plumes in her hair, long gloves and holds a fan in her left hand. Her train which is arranged down the step also has flowers on it. 1898. See also LAN.PH.1856 and LAN.PH.5172
Provenance
A gift from the Hon. Gerald Agar-Robartes, later 7th Viscount Clifden who gave Lanhydrock to the National Trust in 1953 and continued to live there until his death in 1966.
