Summary
Professional photograph made up as a postcard of two girls, the Hon. Violet Agar-Robartes, 1888-1965, and the Hon. Constance Agar-Robartes, 1890-1936, in small carriage, a pony phaeton (?), drawn by four identical dark Shetland ponies, standing outside the front door of Lanhydrock House. The Hon. Alexexander Agar-Robartes, 1895-1930, is standing between the ponies and the front door. c.1905
Provenance
A gift from the Hon. Gerald Agar-Robartes, 7th Viscount Clifden, who gave Lanhydrock to the National Trust in 1953.
