Summary
Portrait miniature, watercolour and pencil on ivory, Called Lady Georgiana Howard, Lady Dover (1804-1860) by British (English) School, c.1780-90. Head and shoulders portrait of a young woman, turned to the right, gazing at the spectator, in a low-cut dress with a blue bow. Grey eyes, reddish-brown hair brushed back on forehead and curls falling on her right shoulder, pale complexion, small mouth, aged about 20.
