Summary
Pot pourri vase (lacking cover), soft paste porcelain, campana shape with lion paw feet, standing on an octagonal base with lion paw feet, Derby Porcelain Works, ca 1815-25; the feet gilt, the body painted in red and purple enamel scrolls, with further foliate scrolls in gilt, gilt bands to rim, base and edge of base.
Provenance
At Saltram by 1951 and accepted by HM Treasury in lieu of full payment of Death Duty from the Executors of Edmund Robert Parker (1877-1951), 4th Earl of Morley
