Summary
(Folio 41), Juno turns backwards to face Jupiter who sits on the ground with his eagle beside him, as Io as a cow walks away into the background with Cupid flying above; a copy after the mezzotint by John Smith from the series at Blenheim
Provenance
At Saltram by 1771 and thence by descent to Montagu Brownlow Parker (1878-1962), 5th Earl of Morley and given to NT as part of the Endowment following transfer in 1957.
