Summary
Pencil drawings on tracing paper; various little scenes, ornamental figures and objects in two lines; a rectangular square with an harp and a twig with leaves, two donkeys carrying heavy load, a goat, a flying bird, musical instruments, a boy playing panpipes; in the second line; a donkey, an ornamental form with a fish and another animal, a girl holding up a drum that she is playing, a small instrument, an ornamental form with a grille on a cloud and two fishes on its side, a girl playing a portable harp; on the right side, in bigger side; pipes and an arrangement with musical instruments, and two smaller pipes, crossed.
Provenance
At Saltram by 1962 and given to NT as part of the endowment by Montagu Brownlow Parker (1878-1962), 5th Earl of Morley.
