Summary
Pencil drawing on tracing paper (figure drawing); the sculpture of a sitting woman on a pedestal, three-quarters profile her face fronting the spectator her right arm on her right knee, the left arm reaching out to the left side of picture holding a scroll, behind her; an archictectural frieze with putti holding an architrave.

At Saltram by 1962 and given to NT as part of the endowment by Montagu Brownlow Parker (1878-1962), 5th Earl of Morley.
