Summary
Painted plaster, Flora, British (English) School, after the antique, c. 1760. A painted plaster cast statuette depicting Flora, the Roman goddess of flowers and spring, reduced after the antique Farnese Flora in Museo archeologico nazionale di Napoli. On an integrally cast square base, with metal doweling rod. Paired with a plaster cast statuette of the goddess of agriculture, Ceres (NT 872413.2).

At Saltram by 1962 and given to NT by Montagu Brownlow Parker (1878-1962), 5th Earl of Morley as part of the endowment
