Summary
Painted plaster, Flora and Ceres, British (English) School, c. 1760. A pair of plaster cast statuettes, painted, depicting Flora, the Roman goddess of flowers and spring, after the antique Farnese Flora in Museo archeologico nazionale di Napoli, and Ceres, the Roman goddess of agriculture. On integrally cast square bases, each with metal doweling rods.

At Saltram by 1962 and given to Nt by Montagu Brownlow Parker (1878-1962), 5th Earl of Morley as part of the endowment
