Summary
Bracket clock.The case and bracket are French, Louis XV date, an ormolu mounted case in the Boulle manner, surmounted by a seated female figure and standing on its original shaped wall bracket also decorated in the Boulle manner. The movement, made for the case, is by Benjamin Gray and Justin Vulliamy. The movement of the Saltram clock has three trains, going, strike, and quarter chime on bells. It has two winding keys.
