Summary
Group of five plates, porcelain, octagonal but with a circular inner well and with flat rims with ribbed edges, made in Jingdezhen, Jiangxi Province, China, Qianlong period (1736–95), decorated in underglaze blue with a male and female figure in a garden in the centre, the rims with a band of stylised butterflies and flowers.
