Summary
Smith's electric Art Deco style mains-synchronous mantle clock. Stepped oblong wooden frame supporting a rectangular chrome and glass front, white rectangular dial with silver plated rectangular chapter with printed Arabic hour numbers, dashed minute track, power indication aperture above the dial centre with gold wave pattern on black background and 'SMITH ELECTRIC' printed above, and blued steel pierced hands. The movement is in a brown plastic housing with the related patent numbers moulded on the back: '366710/369438/374713 OTHERS PENDING'. Black plastic hand set/motor restart knob also on the back of the movement, as well as various trademark and branding mouldings.
