Summary
Oil painting on canvas, Figures in a Tree-lined Garden by Thomas Woolner RA (Hadleigh 1825 - London 1892). An upright landscape in which there are two women. One is seated on the left, looking right, and another is standing in the centre, on a step, looking left, towards a stone arch but with her back to the viewer. On the right in the wooded glade is placed a staure and in the foreground a black dog stands beside an empty stone seat.
