Summary
One of a pair of lace sleeves: Ivory machine net with needlerun spots. Flounce border of lace similar to fabric with needlerun spots. Fabric ruched in two panels with insertions of fabric along length and at elbow, finished with flounce of trimming lace. Patched with fragments of two other laces under arm.
