Summary
Bottle-shaped ewer with lobed body, tapering neck and circular lid with bud finial. Decorated with panels of chrysanthemums, prunus blossom and various grasses in overglaze red and green enamels. Cell border to shoulder, early Kangxi period, China, c. 1680. The silver mounts added in Europe, possibly the Netherlands, c. 1700-35.
