Summary
One of a pair of mahogany tea tables or silver tables, in the manner of Thomas Chippendale, English, circa 1755 The rectangular top with moulded raised edge above a pierced fret work frieze raised on square section pierced fret work legs supported to the centre with turned spindles and terminating on block feet.
Provenance
Part of the Stannus Bequest to the Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings. Loaned to the National Trust in 1959 by the Society for the Preservation of Ancient Buildings
