Summary
one of a pair of two branch candelabra, opaque white glass, ormolu and marble. The ovoid opaque glass bodies resting on an ormolu fluted stem with gadrooned foot which rests in turn on a marble plinth. The body is surmounted by an ormolu neck chased with leaves beneath a pineapple finial. Winged female figures to either side unite the top and the base. Their hair is dressed high on their heads from the top of which emerge cornucopia forming handles and a candle nozzle and drip tray each side. A band of ormolu ribbon and rosette runs around the main bodies.
