Summary
Pair of Coade stone urns. Both in the shape of a brazier decorated with swags and a flame carving to top. Stamped Coade London [1794] An identical pair of Coade stone urns dated 1799 are on top of the gate piers to the old parish church of St Nicholas, Taplow Court, Buckinghamshire.
Provenance
Purchased by Maud Russell from Bert Crowther in October 1946, and donated to the National Trust by Maud Russell by letter dated 16 February, 1964.
