Summary
A oak trestle table, probably Swiss, second half of the 18th century. The plank top raised on twin shaped solid end supports tied by twin stretchers and plinth feet. Reputedly Leonard Woolf's writing table.
Provenance
Formerly the property of Leonard and Virginia Wolf who purchased Monk's House in 1919. The table reputedly used by Leonard as his writing table.
