Summary
The second of two outer sheets of newspaper from two different publications, both front and back pages, used to line the third shelf of a cupboard. The Times; The front and back page from 'THE TIMES' dated 'WEDNESDAY APRIL 4 1973'. The front page has a series of articles including; 'Miners rebuff left wing with three to two vote against strike action...'. 'Senator demands the resignation of President's White House chief of staff Republicans turn on Mr Nixon over Watergate affair..'. 'Postal blast starts a hunt for terrorists..'. 'Custodian of Gaullist orthodoxy dropped from French Cabinet..'. In the top right corner 'Children: Those who can' have them, those who won't, p 12' above which is handwritten in pencil by the newsagent 'Mr Straw'. On the back page is the 'The Times crossword Puzzle No 13,347'.
