Summary
1920s ladies navy waistcoat (matches a pleated skirt and sailor style top). The waistcoat is of box construction and over long. The front has an elongated V with no fastenings. The v shape, neck line, and bottom hem have a cream single stripe detail. The pocket tops are made of a navy and cream stripe of equal size matching that of the hem detail, the cream is at the bottom.
