Summary
Crayon manner engraving in sanguine ink on laid paper pasted on linen. The Apollo Belvedere, late 18th century. One of a set of five prints after Classical sculptures. After a Hadrianic period marble copy, circa 120-140, of an original by Leochares, 350-320 BC, in the Vatican's Museo Pio-Clementino, Rome. Artist/Engraver unknown.
