Summary
A satinwood and tulip wood cross banded revolving drum top rent table or library table, London circa 1790. The circular top with a later red leather inset and moulded edge above eight drawers to the frieze inlaid with the letters of the alphabet arranged in groups of three and four, the drawers all constructed with triangular linings. The top turns and is raised on a base with four crossbanded square section tapered legs and brass socket castors.
