Summary
Oil painting on canvas, Constance Lucy Dorrien-Magens, Mrs Francis Henry Greville Knight (d. 1917), possibly William Edwin Pimm (London 1863 - Miami 1952), signed with monogram, indecipherable, initialled and dated, 1892. A circular painted, young woman, mother of Ruth Pennyman, in profile, looking left, bust length in a loose white blouse, her black hair up in a bun. Signed with monogram, indecipherable, and dated, 1892, the year she married Reverend Francis Henry Greville Knight. Daughter of Lucy Dickinson (d. 1911) who married William Henry Dorrien-Magens (d. 1875) in 1866; and later Reverend Iltyd Jenkin Rosser, Vicar of Austrey in 1888. Also initials 'WEP' in pencil on unpainted margin of canvas.
