Summary
The original cardboard box packaging for a 'Kelly Sister of Barbie Potty Training Doll' manufactured by Mattel. The front and sides of the rectangular shaped box are pink with the front having a large cellophane window through which the doll and its accessories can be seen. 'Potty Training' is printed in yellow letters on the cellophane in the top left corner and 'Kelly Sister of Barbie' is printed in the bottom right corner, again in yellow letters on the cellophane. There is also a Mattel logo and the dolls number (16067) printed in the front bottom right corner. The sides of the box both have a small colour image of the doll sitting on a white toilet while the rear of the box features four further colour images of the doll using some the accessories that are included with it, these images all being printed on a blue background. Consumer and product information is printed on one side of the box.

Original cardboard box for doll manufactured by Mattel in 1996. Purchased by The National Trust via ebay on 3rd September 2020 as part of the Collecting Cultures Exploring Childhoods project.
