Summary
A vinyl record, one of two that comprise the double album ‘Boy In Da Corner’ by Dizzee Rascal. This record contains sides one and two of the album and has four songs on each side. The record has a circular yellow paper label in the centre of each side. On one label there is a list of the song titles for both sides of the record and to the left of this are printed the records catalogue number, OLE 600 - 1 and the artists name and album title. The other label has a black and white head and shoulder portrait of Dizzee Rascal on a yellow background. Dizzee Rascal (Dylan Kwabena Mills) is a British rap artist from London, who is credited as a pioneer of British hip-hop and grime music. Boy In Da Corner was his debut studio album. It was recorded in London and was predominantly produced by Dizzee Rascal. The album was released on the XL Recordings label and won the prestigious Mercury Prize in 2003 for the best album by a UK or Irish artist.
