Summary
A vinyl record, the album ‘Bang On A Drum’. The record features twenty two songs with eleven songs on each side. There is a blue and white paper label in the centre of each side which has ‘BBC records’ printed at the top in blue letters and a list of the song titles on each side printed below, with each songs author given next to the title in brackets. The labels also have the records catalogue number (REC 242) and the speed at which the record is to be played (33 1/3 RPM) printed to the left of centre. The songs included on the record are all from the long running BBC children’s TV programmes Play School and Play Away and it was released by BBC Enterprises Ltd in 1976.
