Summary
A vinyl record, one of three by the band Cornershop, this record being a twelve inch single that contains the songs ‘We're In Yr Corner Clinton Mix (Ladbroke Grove)’ on Side One and ‘It's Indian Tobacco My Friend Uncut Tobacco Mix (Archway)’ on Side Two. The record was included with the bands double album 'When I Was Born For The 7th Time'. Each side has a black and blue label in the centre with ‘CORNERSHOP’ printed in black letters and the song title for that side printed immediately underneath. The records catalogue number (WIJLP 1065X) and a Wiija Records logo are also printed at the bottom of the label on both sides, as is an indication of the speed the record is to be played at (45rpm). Cornershop are an English rock band who formed in 1991. 'When I was Born For The 7th Time' was the bands third album. It was recorded at the 657 Holloway Road and Eastcote studios in London, Sun Plantation in San Francisco and West Orange studio in Preston. The record was produced by the band member Tjinder Singh with Daniel Nakamura and Daddy Rappaport and was released on the Wiiija record label.

Vinyl record recorded by Cornershop and released by Wiija Records in 1997. Purchased by the National Trust Museum of Childhood via Discogs on 13th August 2020 as part of the Collecting Cultures 'Exploring Childhoods' project.
