Summary
A cassette tape, ‘Music at Exeter Cathedral School 1989’. The tape contains sixteen songs and is stored in a plastic box that also contains a paper insert sheet that has printed details of the songs on the cassette, names of the performers featured on it and song writer credits. Side Two of the tape features a song titled ‘Electric Thunder’ credited to a Christopher Martin, then aged twelve, who also plays keyboards on the tape. He became better known as Chris Martin and went on to achieve global fame as the lead singer of the British rock band Coldplay.

Recorded on 18th and 19th May 1989. Purchased by the National Trust Museum of Childhood from Omega Auctions on 19th May 2019 as part of the Collecting Cultures 'Exploring Childhoods' project.
