Summary
A Pokémon Stadium 2 video game cartridge. The grey plastic cartridge is rectangular in shape and on its front there is a colour label with an image of two of the games characters in combat, one being a dragon type character who is breathing fire. Above the label is printed the ‘Pokemon Stadium’ trademark logo in yellow and red letters. At the bottom centre of the label there is a Nintendo logo and below this printed in white is ‘NUS-006(EUR)’ and ‘NUS-NPOP-EUR’. On the underside of the cartridge a Nintendo logo is stamped at the top centre and a label provides details of how to care for the cartridge. At the top right of this label is printed ‘NUS-EUR-1’. Pokémon is a series of video games developed by Game Freak and published by Nintendo.

Manufactured in Japan for Nintendo Co. Ltd in 2000. Purchased by the National Trust Museum of Childhood via ebay on 17th September 2020 as part of the Collecting Cultures 'Exploring Childhoods' project.
