Summary
A cardboard scenery piece, one of a set of five pieces for constructing the Haunted House used in the Haunted House board game by Denys Fisher. This piece has the walls of the Bats Ballroom on one side and The Broom Room on the other side. The Bats Ballroom side has a mauve irregular shaped stone pattern decorated with a picture of a witch and also a cobweb at its right hand end. The Broom Room side has an orange and mauve irregular stone shape pattern decorated with seven broomsticks hanging on the wall at the left hand end and a bat at the right hand end. There are cut out spaces for a door and a window.

Originally manufactured by Denys Fisher Toys Ltd in 1971. Purchased by the National Trust Museum of Childhood via ebay on 18th October 2019 as part of the Collecting Cultures 'Exploring Childhoods' project
