Summary
The cardboard playing board for a Haunted House board game by Denys Fisher. The rectangular shaped board is divided into four rooms; ‘The Witchin Kitchin’ which has a brown wooden floorboards background; ‘The Broom Room’ which has a purple stone floor background’; ‘The Spell Cell’ which has a red brick wall background and ‘The Bat's Ballroom’ which has a green background overlaid with a grid of squares. Each of the four rooms has its name printed in white letters within it plus a series of yellow circles with black footprints inside them. Each room also has red circles with 'DANGER' printed inside them and other circles with a black cross on a blue background. All of these circles are used during the playing of the game. The reverse side of the board is coloured red.

Originally manufactured by Denys Fisher Toys Ltd in 1971. Purchased by the National Trust Museum of Childhood via ebay on 18th October 2019 as part of the Collecting Cultures 'Exploring Childhoods' project
