A paper World War One era Flag Day badge for Dr. Barnardo’s Homes. The badge is designed as a yellow pansy flower and has a head and shoulder image of a male child in its centre on the front side. On the rear of the badge is printed in black typeface 'DR. BARNARDO'S HOMES PANSIES FOR THOUGHTS OF THE LARGEST FAMILY IN THE WORLD’. Dr. Barnardo’s Homes is a British charity founded in 1866 by Thomas John Barnardo.
