Summary
An A4 size two page paper fax from Lee Anne Bosley of Warner Bros. Productions Ltd. to Mrs Audrey Collins requesting information that is to be completed on behalf of her daughter Verity prior to Verity being engaged as an extra on the film ‘Harry Potter and The Philosopher’s Stone’. The fax cover sheet has a Warner Bros. logo and address at the top, with the Leavesden Film Studios address and phone number below. The fax is dated 20/09/2000. There is a second copy of the front page of the fax that has ticks marked against the items 1, 3 and 4 that are requested. Harry Potter and The Philosopher’s Stone was predominantly shot at Leavesden Film Studios in 2000/2001. The film was released in the UK on 16th November 2001. It is based on the debut novel of the same name by J.K. Rowling and became a critical and commercial success.
