Summary
An 8 page A4 size paper copy of the 2nd Unit Pre Production Call Sheet: 5** issued by Warner Bros. Production Ltd for extras and chaperones used on the set of the film ‘Harry Potter and the Philosophers Stone’, for filming on location at Goathland Station on 5th October 2000. The document lists details of the film directors and producers plus information including details of the weather, the number of extras and chaperones expected, equipment to be used in filming and safety and risk assessment advice. The Call Sheet was issued to Verity Collins who worked as an extra on the film. The film was predominantly shot at Leavesden Film Studios in 2000/2001 but some scenes were shot on location at Goathland Station in North Yorkshire. The film was released in the UK on 16th November 2001. It is based on the debut novel of the same name by J.K. Rowling and became a critical and commercial success.

Originally owned by Verity Collins. Purchased by The National Trust Museum Of Childhood at auction at Vectis Auctions Ltd. on 26th June 2019 as part of the Collecting Cultures 'Exploring Childhoods' project.
