Summary
A ‘Ken’ doll ‘So Much To Do Weight Liftin' Fun' set. The doll is model number 67187 manufactured by Mattel and is in its original packaging which is unopened. The packaging is cardboard and cellophane with a Mattel logo at the bottom left corner and information at the top right that the toy is suitable for ages over 3 and that some parts may be a choking hazard. The rear of the package shows images of ‘Ken’ using the equipment in this set and also the alternative ‘Surfin’ Action’ set. There is a Mattel logo at the bottom left corner and a contact phone number at the bottom left. The number '0366VD' is stamped on the rear to the right of the Mattel logo. The package contains a purple plastic weights bench and free weights stand, a turquoise set of weights with two supporting struts and a set of 3 turquoise dumbbells. There is also a yellow and purple top with a Ken badge, yellow and purple shorts, a yellow towel and a pair of black gym shoes. The 'Ken' doll was introduced by Mattel in 1961 as the fictional male counterpart of the 'Barbie' doll first introduced two years earlier.
