Summary
The base of the original box for the card game 'Tops and Tails', made from printed paper over cardboard. On the bottom of the base are the instructions for playing the game. There are pieces of cardboard separating the interior of the base into four compartments to hold the cards.
Provenance
Donated to the National Trust Museum of Childhood by Jane Shuker in 2015. Owned by the donor and her sister Mary in the 1950s or early 1960s.
