Summary
The lid of an original box for a jigsaw puzzle. It is colour-printed and shows an image of the completed puzzle. The image is of a boy and girl in trendy 1960s clothes, dancing to music being played on a 'Dansette' type record player. Two of the box corners have become broken and repaired using sellotape.
Provenance
Donated to the National Trust Museum of Childhood by Jane Shuker in 2015. Owned by the donor and her sister Mary in the 1950s or early 1960s.
