Summary
A marionette puppet of a male character, made for the Lilliput Marionette Theatre Company. The puppet has a head made from modelling material, with moulded hair and facial features. His hair and facial details are painted on and he has brown hair (in a crew cut), blue, white and black eyes, dark pink lips and dark brown eyebrows. His body, arms and legs are made of wood, jointed at the neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, waist, hips, knees and ankles. His left leg is detached at the knee. His body is painted a flesh colour, with brown on his upper legs and green on his lower legs, possibly to represent socks. His hands and feet are made of modelling material, his hands painted a flesh colour, and his feet moulded as if wearing sandals - these parts are painted light brown. He is wearing a light green cotton shirt which is sewn to the top of his bright green felt shorts (which have been padded to make him appear fatter). Over these he wears a full-length blue leather apron, tied at the back with blue wool. Around his waist is a light brown leather belt fastened with staples. Lengths of light brown string or thin cord are attached through holes at the top of his ears. He has no control.
